Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all payments made through the website www.kanslearning.com, owned and operated by KANS Learning Solutions LLP (“KANS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a payment for our services, you (“User,” “Student,” “Parent,” or “Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

1.1 All payments made for courses, classes, tests, and related services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
1.2 Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in this Policy.

2. Refunds for Duplicate or Failed Transactions

2.1 In case of duplicate payment due to technical error or multiple deductions from the User’s bank account, a refund will be initiated after verification.
2.2 Refunds, if approved, shall be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Once a student is registered for a course or test, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
3.2 Course schedules and content may be subject to change at the discretion of KANS. Such changes do not entitle the User to a refund.

5. Governing Law
