1.1 KANS provides educational coaching services, including but not limited to SAT, AP, IBDP, A Levels, and CBSE programs, through online and/or offline delivery modes.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, schedule, or offering at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Use of the Website and enrollment in our services is permitted only for individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
2.2 In the case of minors, a parent or legal guardian must consent to and supervise all interactions, registrations, and payments.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 All payments for services must be made in full in advance through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways integrated on the Website.
3.2 Payments shall be accepted in INR (and USD, where permitted). Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be charged in addition, unless exempt under valid LUT registration.
3.3 Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical error, as determined solely by KANS.

4.1 Users shall provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and payment.
4.2 User credentials, class access links, and learning resources are for personal use only and shall not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.
